What Are Shock Waves?
Shock Waves are high-intensity sound waves generated at extremely high pressures.
It is clinically proven that pressure waves, when applied to injured tissues stimulate metabolic activities, such as:
-
Reduction of Pain
-
Increased Blood Flow
-
Healing By Triggering Stem Cell Activiation

This process is responsible for the primary effects of Shock Wave Therapy, these are:
-
Induction of Angiogenesis (Endothelial Growth Factor)
-
Induction of Inflammatory Process (ILK-6 and ILK-8)
-
